(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Governor General may at any time, in writing, revoke the appointment of any member of the Council, if, upon evidence, the Governor General is satisfied that the member is—
(a) disqualified from being a member of the Council under section 11 and has failed to comply with section 14;
(b) commits any act of neglect of duty, misconduct or malfeasance; or
(c) has failed to act in the best interests of the Council.
(2) The Governor General shall give reasons in writing for revoking the appointment of any member of the Council under subsection (1).
