(Section 28)
1. The following persons are eligible for the award of the Saint Lucia Public Services Long Service Medal—
(a) members of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force;
(b) members of the Saint Lucia Fire Service;
(c) members of the Saint Lucia Correctional Services;
(d) members of the Saint Lucia Civil Service;
(e) members of the Saint Lucia Teaching Service.
2. A person to whom the Saint Lucia Public Services Long Service Medal or clasp to the Saint Lucia Public Services Long Service Medal is awarded is entitled to wear as a decoration the insignia and clasp prescribed for recipients of the Saint Lucia Public Services Long Service Medal.
3. When worn in Saint Lucia, the Saint Lucia Public Services Long Service Medal shall be worn suspended from a riband composed of vertical stripes of the colours blue, gold, black and white on the left breast of the outer garment.
