20. Evidence of charts
A document, purporting to be certified by the Minister to be a true copy of a chart or list of geographical co-ordinates prepared under section 19, shall be received in any proceedings as evidence of any matter shown in the document, but without prejudice to the right to adduce evidence in rebuttal.
