The sovereignty in respect of—
(a) the territorial sea;
(b) the airspace over, and the seabed under, that sea; and
(c) the subsoil of that seabed,
is, and is considered always to have been, vested in Saint Lucia, and subject to international law, is exercisable by Saint Lucia.
