21.   Annual report and audit

The Board shall furnish to the Governor General as soon as possible after the expiration of each financial year a report upon the administration of the affairs of the Board during the preceding year, together with a balance sheet and statement of the revenue and expenditure of the Board duly audited by the principal audit officer or such other auditor as may be approved by the Governor General. The report, balance sheet and statement shall as soon as possible thereafter be laid before the House of Assembly.
