(1) A Specific Protection Order shall specify the land to which it relates and shall be served upon the owner, occupier or both, as the Board may decide, of the land to which it relates.
(2) A Specific Protection Order shall not affect more than one parcel of land.
(3) Subject to section 9, a Specific Protection Order shall come into operation in relation to any person affected by it 10 days after service of the Order on that person.
