(1) All monies received by the Board shall be paid into a bank account or accounts determined by resolution of the Board which is approved by the Minister.
(2) All payments out of the Funds of the Board except petty disbursement not exceeding a sum to be fixed by rules made under section 24 shall be signed by the Executive Secretary and countersigned by the chairperson or any other officer appointed by the Board to act on their behalf.
