Subject to any general or particular directions issued by the adjudication officer, the demarcation officer shall within each adjudication section—
(a) see that the boundaries of each parcel of land, which is the subject of a claim, are indicated or demarcated in accordance with the requirements of the notice given under section 10; and
(b) indicate or cause to be indicated the boundaries of
(i) public roads, public rights of way and other Crown land, and
(ii) unclaimed land.
