6. Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson

(1) The Minister shall, by notice in the Gazette, designate a Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson among the Directors appointed under section 5(1).

(2) Where the Chairperson is absent, the Deputy Chairperson has all the powers of the Chairperson.
