(1) An action or other proceeding does not lie against any director, officer or employee of the Authority or any other person acting under the direction of the Authority for or in respect of an act done or omitted to be done in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of any power, duty or function under this Act, except in the case of liability for personal injury.
(2) The Authority shall indemnify a director, officer or employee or other person for the legal cost of defending an action in respect of an act done or omitted to be done in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of any power, duty or function under this Act.
