ARRANGEMENT OF REGULATIONS

This Order may be cited as the Trade Export Promotion Agency (Appointment of the National Export Council) Order.

Subject to section 3, the members appointed to the National Export Council are as follows—

(a) Richard Du Boulay	–	Chairperson and Representative of the Saint Lucia Manufacturers Association;
(b) Leo Titus Preville	–	Permanent Secretary of the Department of Commerce, International Trade, Industry, Investment Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs;
(c) Michael Speakman	–	Representative of the Saint Lucia Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture;
(d) Nissa Henry	–	Representative of the St. Lucia Industrial and Small Business Association;
(e) Daniel Belizaire	–	Representative of the Saint Lucia Hotel and Tourism Association;
(f) Mkabi Walcott	–	Representative of the Saint Lucia Bureau of Standards;
(g) Yvonne Agard	–	Representative of the Saint Lucia Coalition of Services Industries Inc.;
(h) Thomas Samuel	–	Representative of the Department of Commerce;
(i) Nadia Wells-Hyacinth	–	Representative of the Department of Finance;
(j) Auria King-Cenac	–	Representative of the Department of Agriculture; and
(k) Ann Margaret Adams	–	Representative of the Department of Tourism.

(1) The members of the National Export Council are appointed for a term not exceeding three years, commencing from the 20^th day of September, 2016 and terminating on the 19^th day of September, 2019.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1)—
1. (a) the appointment of Nissa Henry under section 2(d) is for a term commencing from the 4^th day of March, 2019 and terminating on the 19^th day of September, 2019;
1. (b) the appointment of Auria King-Cenac under section 2(j) is for a term commencing from the 4^th day of March, 2019 and terminating on the 19^th day of September, 2019.
