37. Application to Crown
This Act binds the Crown and applies to transactions by a Government department or other person acting on behalf of the Crown, and the competent authority shall not, by virtue of any contract made by them or on their behalf in relation to any securities, be under any obligation to grant any permission under Part 3 or any exemption from the provisions of the said Part 3.
