(1) The Governor General may by order make such transitional provisions as appear to him or her necessary or expedient in consequence of the exercise by him or her of any other power to make orders under this Act.
(2) The power of the Governor General to make transitional provisions consequent on the making of an order under this Act shall extend to the revocation, in consequence of any order made under this subsection, of any of the provisions of the Defence (Finance) Regulations, 1939.
