(1) The Credit Guarantee Corporation may impose and collect fees in relation to the exercise of its functions.
(2) The Credit Guarantee Corporation may impose different fees according to the type of services that it offers and having regard to the circumstances involved in providing the services.
(3) The fees payable under Article 41(2)(d) and 41(4)(a)(ii) must not exceed the actual cost associated with the staff time and overhead used to process the application.
