(1) Where an amendment to the Agreement becomes effective in accordance with Article 69 of the Agreement, the Minister may, by Order, amend the Schedule.
(2) Where the Minister amends the Schedule under this section, a reference to the Agreement in this Act or other instrument is, unless the context otherwise requires, construed as a reference to the Agreement as amended.
