2. Interpretation
In this Act —
“Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority made on the 21st day of October, 2003, the text of which is set out in the Schedule and to which Saint Lucia is a party;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for Civil Aviation;
“the Authority” means the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority established by the Agreement.
