(1) The names and addresses of the persons holding the several offices referred to in the preceding section shall be notified from time to time by the Local Superior to the Registrar and registered in his or her office and be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
(2) A person last registered in the manner provided by subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a member of the Religious Order authorised to execute any document under the provisions of section 7.
