11. Savings
Nothing in this Act shall prejudice or affect or be deemed to prejudice or affect the right of Her Majesty The Queen, Her Heirs and Successors, or of any body, politic or corporate or of any other person or persons and those claiming by, from or under them, except such as are mentioned in this Act.
