The following members of the Religious Order are hereby declared and appointed a corporation or body corporate with continuance forever and perpetual succession by the name of The Dominican Sisters of Notre Dame de la Delivrande, and possessed of a corporate seal and by that name may sue and be sued in all courts in Saint Lucia—
(a) the Mother General of the Order;
(b) the Regional Superior of the Order;
(c) the Local Superior of the Order;
(d) the Novice Mistress of the Order; and
their successors-in-office, whose names and addresses shall be notified to the Registrar in the manner provided by section 4.
