(1) Cabinet may, in respect of each correctional facility, appoint a Board of Visiting Justices, for such time as may be specified in the appointment.
(2) The Board of Visiting Justices shall comprise of such number of persons as Cabinet may determine, 2 of whom shall be justices of the peace.
(3) All judges and magistrates shall be ex-officio Visiting Justices for any of the correctional facility on the Island.
