27. Transfer of inmates
The Minister may, where he or she deems it necessary, order the removal of all or any inmates confined in any correctional facility to another correctional facility within the Island, and it shall not be necessary for the purposes of such order to designate any inmate by name, but it shall be sufficient to describe such inmate or inmates by reference to a general description.
