11. Duties of Deputy Director and others

(1) The Deputy Director shall have, subject to any directions of the Director, all the powers, duties, rights and privileges of the Director and, in the absence of the Director, shall exercise, all such powers, duties, rights and privileges of the Director.

(2) The Director may assign such duties as may be necessary for the efficient functioning of the Correctional Services to—
1. (a) an Assistant Director;
1. (b) a Custodial Manager;
1. (c) an Operations Manager.
