The provisions of the Act and any regulations made under it relating to—
(a) invalidity, old age and survivors benefits;
(b) benefits in respect of employment injuries and occupational diseases;
(c) funeral benefits;
(d) sickness and maternity benefits,
are to the extent to which they are affected by the Convention or Agreement deemed to be modified and adapted to give effect to the Convention or Agreement.
