2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Act” means the National Insurance Corporation Act;
“Agreement” means the Administrative Agreement for the Application of this Act;
“Convention” means the Convention on Social Security in the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States signed on 21 June 1991 in Grenada, the text of which is set out in Schedule 1;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for the National Insurance Corporation.
