(1) The consumer under a lay away plan may complete the purchase of the goods by paying or tendering to the seller the amount payable under the lay away plan.
(2) The right conferred on the consumer by this section may be exercised by him or her at any time during the continuation of the lay away plan.
(3) Where a lay away plan is completed in accordance with this section the seller shall, within 14 days of completion, send to the consumer a settlement letter.
