6. Refusal of Commissioner of Police to allow use of brand
If, on receiving any such notice the Commissioner of Police shall consider that the use of the brand or mark specified in such notice would be inconvenient or cruel or likely to give rise to error or mistake, he or she shall cause to be served at the place of residence of the person mentioned in such notice an intimation under his or her hand that such brand or mark is not to be used; and thereupon the person giving such notice shall be bound to select for his or her use some other brand or mark, and to give notice thereof in the manner hereinbefore prescribed.
