21.   Entering premises where animal is slaughtered

A police officer, a rural constable or designated officer may, at any time enter any premises on which he or she has reasonable cause to believe that any cattle is kept, slaughtered or about to be slaughtered, contrary to the provisions of this Act, and may examine any such cattle, or the carcass and skins of such cattle found therein.
