15.   Power to Governor General to dissolve Corporation in certain cases

If the Corporation in the judgment of the Governor General persistently defaults in the performance of the duties imposed upon them by this Act or exceed or abuse their powers hereunder, it is lawful for the Governor General by an order published in the Gazette to dissolve such Corporation; and in case of dissolution the General has all the powers and the same consequences shall follow as are provided by section 68 of the Castries Corporation Act, 1967.
