12. Cemetery to be the only place of burial for persons dying within limits of city
The Cemetery shall, except as hereinafter provided, be the only place of burial for persons who die or whose body shall be brought within the limits of the City of Castries as at present defined or as may hereafter be defined by law or within 2 miles of it. However, it is lawful for the bodies of any such persons to be buried in any cemetery which has not been closed by order of the Governor General.
