(1) The Minister may, on the recommendation of the Authority, make Regulations to give effect to this Act.
(2) Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Regulations may provide for —
(a) records to be kept by the Authority;
(b) reports to be made to the Authority;
(c) forms necessary for the administration of this Act;
(d) the policies, procedures and systems for identifying, monitoring and controlling such risks as the Authority specifies;
(e) capital and liquidity requirements;
(f) fit and proper requirements; and
(g) any other matter required for the efficient administration of this Act.
