(1) Officers when travelling on duty may be furnished with reasonable transport at the public expense.
(2) Cabinet may make regulations prescribing the nature and conditions of the transport to be allowed under this Act.
(3) Subject to the provisions of this Act and to any regulations made thereunder, if any question arises as to the reasonableness of the transport claimed by any officer under this section, the Governor General shall decide upon such claim and his or her decision shall be final.
