All property moveable and immovable now vested in any person or persons for or on behalf of the Religious Order shall be and the same is hereby vested in the Corporation for the same estate and interest and subject to the same covenants, terms and conditions (if any) as the same were held by or vested in the persons hereinbefore mentioned.
