The following are hereby declared and appointed a Corporation or Body Corporate to have continuance forever and perpetual succession by the name of “The Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother (Saint Lucia)” and possessed of a Corporate Seal and by that name may sue and be sued in all Courts in this Island—
The Mother General of the Sisters of The Sorrowful Mother of Rome, Italy who for the time being is Franciska Benz (in religion Sister Mary Olivia) and her successor in office;
The Sister Superior of the Sisters of the Sorrowful Mother of Castries, Saint Lucia (hereinafter referred to as the Sister Superior) who for the time being is Margaret Hilger (in religion Sister Mary Irma) and her successor in office; and One of the members of the Religious Order (not being a person holding any of the abovementioned offices) who shall be resident in this Island (hereinafter referred to as the “Trustee Sister”) and whose name and address shall be notified to the Registrar of Companies in the manner provided by the next following section and who for the time being and until the name of some other person is notified and registered shall be Victoria Kaminiski (in religion Sister Mary Elfreiedes).
