(1) The names and addresses of the persons having the several offices referred to in the preceding section and the name and address of the Trustee Sister shall be notified from time to time by the Sister Superior to the Registrar of Companies and registered in his or her office and be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
(2) A person last registered in the manner provided by the preceding subsection shall be deemed to be a member of the Religious Order authorised to act under the provisions of section 7 of this Act.
