Any person in charge of a ship or an aircraft who without lawful excuse refuses to allow an officer authorised by the General Manager to enter his or her ship or aircraft in contravention of section 67(1)(c) commits an offence and on summary is liable to a fine not exceeding $500 or in default of payment thereof to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months.
