(1) A person who is notified or required to take any action or required to supply any information in relation to any matter to which a request relates, shall not disclose the notification or receipt of such request or supply the information to any person except in accordance with the Agreement.
(2) A person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
