(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Minister may allow representatives of a competent authority of a requesting state to interview individuals and examine records in Saint Lucia if he or she is satisfied that —
(a) the representatives have complied with the laws of Saint Lucia regarding entry into Saint Lucia; and
(b) the written consent of the persons to be interviewed or whose records are to be examined has been provided.
(2) The conduct of any interview or examination under this section is subject to any additional conditions that the Minister may set from time to time.
