3.   Agreement to have the force of law

The Agreement has the force of law in Saint Lucia and for that purpose—

1.  

   (a)     the Institute is a body corporate to which section 19 of the Interpretation Act applies;

1.  

   (b)     the Minister may do all such things as are necessary to enable the Institute to perform its functions in Saint Lucia;

1.  

   (c)     the rules of the Institute made under Article 5 of the Agreement and disciplinary decisions made under Article 25 of the Agreement have effect in Saint Lucia.
