2. Interpretation
In this Act—
“Agreement” means the agreement establishing the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean made on 23 November 2000, the text of which is set out in the Schedule;
“Institute” means the Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Eastern Caribbean established under article 3 of the Agreement;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for finance.
