4. Fees

The following fees shall be payable—

		$	¢
(a)	For every search at the office of the Commissioner	1	00
(b)	For issuing every grant and diagram and recording the former	3	00
(c)	For every certified copy of a grant or diagram — ordinarily	2	00
But the Commissioner may, where in his or her opinion the work to be done requires it, charge a larger fee accordingly.
