West : by Block and Parcel Number 0649D 33
The whole comprising one point four nine (1.49) hectares or three point six nine (3.69) acres and shown on Plan of Survey, Drawing Number C8987 R by Alphaeus Fadlin, Acting Staff Surveyor, dated 29th April, 1996, and lodged at the Office of the Chief Surveyor on 30th April,1996, as Record Number 193/96.
