are handed over contain to the best of my knowledge a true and faithful record of all persons who were found on the night of 17 May, 2022, in all households in the Enumeration District described in any letter of appointment and of all farms and all small plots in charge of persons dwelling in the enumeration district and that all particulars required by the Census Regulations and instructions to be obtained in connection with the persons, farms and small plots, have been obtained.
