2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“correctional facility” has the meaning assigned under section 2 of the Correctional Services Act;
“inmate” has the meaning assigned under section 2 of the Correctional Services Act;
“Minister” means the Minister for Justice;
“requesting country” means a country designated a requesting country by the Attorney General by Order published in the Gazette.
