**5. Fee for Apostille Certificate *(Amended by 22 of 2011)***

(1) A request for an Apostille certificate shall be accompanied by the fee prescribed in Schedule 2. (Amended by 22 of 2011)

(2) Fees collected under subsection (1) shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
