AFFILIATION (MAINTENANCE) ORDER – SECTION 15

Commencement [17 October 1992]

1.   Citation

This Order may be cited as the Affiliation (Maintenance) Order.

2.   Interpretation

In this Order “Act” means the Affiliation Act.

3.   Maximum Sum Payable

The maximum sum payable in respect of any order for maintenance under the Act is $50 per week.
