6. Wildlife property of Crown
Wildlife, resident or migratory, indigenous or alien, found in Saint Lucia, except fish, frogs or crustaceans in private ponds, are the property of the Crown and may be taken or hunted only at such times, in such places and in such manner as is provided by this Act.
