(1) Articles 31, 34 and 35 of the Agreement have the force of law in Saint Lucia.
(2) If in any proceedings a question arises as to the entitlement of the Corporation or any other person to any immunity or privilege granted by this Act, a certificate issued by or under the authority of the Minister responsible for external affairs stating that the Corporation or other person is or is not so entitled shall be conclusive evidence of the fact certified.
