2. Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Act” means the National Insurance Corporation Act;
“Arrangement” means the Administrative arrangement for the Application of the Understanding on Social Security between Saint Lucia and Quebec signed in Quebec City on 16 September 1987, the text of which is set out in Schedule 2 of this Act;
“Minister” means the Minister responsible for the National Insurance Corporation;
“Understanding” means the Understanding on Social Security between Saint Lucia and Quebec signed in Quebec City on 16 September 1987, the text of which is set out in Schedule 1 of this Act;
