(1) The names and addresses of the persons holding offices referred to in section 3 shall be notified from time to time by the Co-ordinator to the Registrar and registered in his or her office and be subject to the provisions of Article 236 of the Commercial Code.
(2) A person last registered in the manner provided by subsection (1) shall be deemed to be a member of the Apostolate authorised to execute any document under the provisions of section 7.
