The following members of the Apostolate are hereby declared and appointed a corporation or body corporate with perpetual succession by the name of The Nazareth Family Apostolate (Saint Lucia) and possessed of a corporate seal and by that name may sue and be sued in all Courts in Saint Lucia—
(a) the Co-ordinator;
(b) two Directors;
their successors-in-office whose names and addresses shall be notified to the Registrar in the manner provided by section 4.
